In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the number of power electronics converters used both industrial and home appliances devices. The utilization electronic ballasts switching mode supply conservation introduced trouble quality. currents by these devices are not sinusoidal known as non- linear. Boost type factor correction (PFC) becoming popular due to their conformity system quality problems. Conventionally, were controlled using Proportional-Integral- Differential (PID) controller reduce harmonic disturbances enhance (PF). Conversely, for non-linear system, performances very acceptable. Because PFC circuit is linear, this paper fuzzy logic (FL) adjust gain PID improve performance presented. It proposed that when fluctuation voltage input, input current should be made FL controller. This great effect keeping phase angle between at small value, bringing PF closer 1.0. also demonstrated experimental studies. based converter analyzed MATLAB/Simulink environment under variable loads different voltages. Performance results (Total distortion, efficiency) calculated loads. acceptable ranges.
